Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Drift is operated by Agenta AI PTE LTD, a company based in Singapore ("Drift," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Drift website and service (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Drift is, and isn't

Drift lets you manually record stocks and ETFs you hold or watch, and sends you a plain-English digest describing what happened to that portfolio over the period you choose. It computes real statistics from your own recorded data (return, diversification, risk, sector exposure) and describes them in prose.

Drift is not a financial adviser, broker, or investment manager, and nothing it produces is investment advice. Drift does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any security, does not manage money, execute trades, or take custody of any asset, and is not registered as an investment adviser anywhere. Any analyst opinions shown (under "Analyst consensus") are third-party data reported as-is, not Drift's own view. Decisions about your money are yours alone; consider speaking with a licensed financial adviser before acting on anything you read here.

3. Accounts

You must provide a real email address and keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Drift offers a free plan and a paid plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles your payment details and applicable sales tax/VAT; Drift never sees or stores your card information. You can cancel any time from your account page or through LemonSqueezy; access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Refunds, if any, follow LemonSqueezy's standard policies.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Drift to break the law, attempt to access another user's data, disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6. Your data

See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Market data and computed statistics may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Verify anything important against your actual brokerage records before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agenta AI PTE LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial decision made based on it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We'll update the date above when we do; continuing to use Drift after a change means you accept the update.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
